The second-year undergraduates participated in an educational field visit to Suriya Resort, Waikkal on 12 June 2026.
The visit provided students with valuable exposure to resort operations, guest service excellence, and hospitality industry best practices. Through interactions with experienced professionals, students gained practical insights into delivering quality guest experiences and managing resort operations, strengthening the connection between classroom learning and industry practice.
