The “Team DTS” consist of HTE undergraduates; Dilantha Senarathne, Kasun Weragoda, Maduwanthi Sakunthala, Thanuja Srinayaka, Dilshi Kawshalya and Nuwan Rupasinghe won the first runner-up at the inter-departmental debate competition which was organized by the Centre for Gender Equality and Equity of Uva Wellassa University. The finale was held on 8th October 2021 via virtual platform.
