A workshop on Tour Guiding was conducted successfully on 31st October 2025 as a part of World Tourism Day Celebrations 2025. Mr. Thushan Hansaka, alumnus of HTE degree program joined the workshop as the resource person and the undergraduates of the HTE degree program participated in this workshop.

In parallel to the World Tourism Day Celebrations 2025, the third-year undergraduates of the HTE degree programme organized a “Home Science Workshop” for the Advanced Level students of Uva Province. The workshop was held on 28th October 2025 from 08.30 a.m. onwards at the Library Auditorium.
