Uva Wellassa University’s Department of Tourism Studies has launched a six-month “Culinary Operations” training program for BBM Honours in Hospitality, Tourism, and Events Management undergraduates starting May 8th, 2024. The program, led by the department lecturers; Mr. Asanka Bandara, Mr. Kasun. Perera, and Mr. Kanishka Lakshan.
On January 23rd, 2024, Uva Wellassa University’s fourth-year undergraduate in the Hospitality, Tourism, and Events Management department attended the “MOJO Workshop” as part of Galena 2024, led by TV Derana’s General Manager- Mr. K.C.
