A webinar on “Overbooking Management & Emerging Trends in Revenue Management” was conducted on 31st January 2026 via the Zoom platform, for fourth-year HTE undergraduates. The session was organized under the GradGuides Legacy Series – Episode 8, aiming to strengthen students’ analytical and strategic competencies in hospitality revenue operations.
The workshop was delivered by Ms. Mamasha Jayadasa, Revenue Analyst at Shangri-La Colombo and Shangri-La’s Hambantota Golf Resort & Spa and HTE alumnus. Drawing from her professional experience within internationally reputed luxury properties, she provided in-depth insights into revenue optimization strategies in dynamic market conditions.
