A career development workshop on “Interview Facing, Personal Branding, and Workplace Etiquette” was held on 22nd January 2026 at the Main Lecture Theatre, exclusively for second- and third-year HTE undergraduates.
The session was conducted by Mr. Randima Pathirana, Mr. Niroshana Chandrasena & Mr. Pramil Tharanga; resource persons from Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC, who provided valuable corporate insights into recruitment standards, professional expectations, and organizational culture. Drawing from real-world industry practices, the facilitators emphasized the competencies and attitudes required to succeed in today’s competitive employment landscape.
