The Department of Tourism Studies, Faculty of Management, Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, successfully organized the MICE Tourism Awareness Program On 20th of May 2026.
The program provided students with valuable insights into the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) tourism sector, highlighting its growing importance to Sri Lanka’s tourism industry. Industry experts shared their knowledge and experiences, offering participants a deeper understanding of career opportunities, current trends, and best practices within the MICE industry.
