The sixth episode of the GradGuides: Legacy Series organized by the Department of Tourism Studies, Faculty of Management, Uva Wellassa University in collaboration with the HTE Alumni Association was successfully held on 19th December 2025. The sixth workshop titled “Social Media & Tourism” was conducted by Ms. Hasini Jayawardene, Visiting Lecturer at London Metropolitan University – UK in partnership with NEXT Campus – Dubai for the 3rd year HTE undergraduates. This interactive webinar focused on the role of social media in smart tourism.
