Flavors of India: Culinary Workshop at UWU

A special culinary workshop on Indian cuisines was organized by India in Sri Lanka – Assistant High Commission of India (AHCI), Kandy,the for the second-year students of Uva Wellassa University on 25th July 2025. The session was led by the renowned Chef Deenadayalan, who introduced participants to the authentic flavors, techniques, and artistry of Indian cooking. The event provided students with valuable exposure to the rich traditions of Indian gastronomy, fostering cross-cultural learning and enhancing practical culinary skills.
